We want you to love your Frankie Shop pieces, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for proof of postage.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
